The Fine Print
- Monthly Memberships require a 3 month commitment.
- Monthly and Annual charges will recur automatically to the credit card on file until cancellation.
- A Membership is valid and usable during hours the park is open to the public which may change due to special events or unforeseen circumstances. Restrictions may apply based on capacity and attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance. Certain attractions have height restrictions.
- Grip socks required for each jumper and are available for purchase. Grip socks that are included with a membership are provided upon purchase.
- Waivers required for all participants. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver for them. Waivers expire in one year.
- Membership purchasers are required to sign an electronic membership agreement.
Cancellation
- You can easily manage or cancel a Frequent Flyer Membership online:
- Log in or Create an Account using the email address associated with your membership. If no account is found, try a different email address. It will be the email address where you received the membership agreement.
- Once logged in, click “My Tickets” at the top.
- Scroll to your membership and click “View Details”.
- Click “Manage” to upgrade your membership, change payment details, or cancel your membership.
- Successfully cancelled memberships will show “Pending Cancellation” upon completion. You can reactivate online any time!
- Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid a renewal charge.
